The Ultimate Penis Enlargement Intermediate Routine

This Routine will take you up to the 3 month mark – after 3 months you can Follow my Advanced Penis Enlargement Routine.

This Routine will help you towards your First inch in Length Increase and Your First Inch in Girth Increase.

By the end of the 3 months (90 days) you should be very close to an inch or surpass it – depending on how disciplined and dedicated you are.

You are now use to Penis Enlargement after following the Beginners Routine –

What Do you need for this Penis Enlargement Intermediate Routine?

A Great alternative to a Penis Extender is an Uncle Jim’s Wrap

Make sure you wrap your penis, using the Uncle Jim’s Wrap technique , even-though I have extenders I will Just sometimes do an Uncle Jim’s Wrap…….. this is a great technique to get your flaccid size to be almost as big as your erect size…… for those guys that has a large erection but small flaccid size….. this will really help with your flaccid size. It is a great way to keep your dick from turtling as well…..

I never realized or did this – I had to figure things out on my own –

Looking after your Penis Health while Doing Penis Enlargement is crucial –

  • It Promotes Blood Flow
  • By promoting blood flow, you get more blood into your Penis – when you promote natural blood into your exercised penis – the blood will fill the expanded tissue – thus making your penis grow and increase size permanently!

These two exercises are Completely underrated in my opinion and every single man should do them –

They will help you:

Penis Enlargement Intermediate Routine

As this is an Intermediate Routine:

  • Your penis Should now be more very use to the techniques we are using.
  • You will know what works for you and what doesn’t.
  • You have to do this routine every day, adjust it to suite your needs – this is only a guide.

You will start incorporating Edging into your routine as well

Don’t overtrain your Penis – You will not get gains faster – Penis Enlargement is not an overnight process.

If you need to take an extra day off – Then Do!

My Number One Rule:

If you cannot Get a  Rock hard Erection due to training – your Penis is overtrained – take an extra day off!

You should always get a rock  hard, Solid Boner – if you don’t – take a break! 

If you follow this rule – you  will not injure yourself!

The Routine

Warm up your penis – THIS IS SO IMPORTANT! Do it for about 5 -10 minutes. Once you are Nice and Warm you can start your Routine.

Penis Extender Tension:

Starting Tension (Day 1 of your Beginners Routine)

You find your Penis Extender length as follows:

Erect Length – 4 cm = Set your Extender to this length.

Example: If you are 14cm Erect –  4cm = 10cm (this is the length you will have your extender at in this example)

You increase the tension by 0.5 cm every 7 days!

For this routine you will continue to increase the tension by 0.5cm every 7 days.

Important Note: If you get to a tension where you can’t wear the extender for more than 4 hours – reduce the tension by 0.5cm and keep it at that tension for another 7 days and then try and increase it again the following week by 0.5cm. See if you can keep it extended for more than 4 hours – if you can great – if you can’t move it down again – keep for another 7 days – and repeat! 

You should always keep your extender at a tension where you can at least wear the extender for 4 hours – if you can’t – It’s too much tension.

Bathmate Note:

You will be doing 15 minute Bathmate sessions – I find doing 3 sessions of 5 minutes works great – Jelq your penis between each session to get blood flowing again – this is up to you – I just  find I get a better pump by the final 5 minute session.

Edging Note:

You will have a rock hard erection after Edging for the next 30 days (day 31 – 60) you will only enter the bathmate with a 80% boner –

Relax and let your boner go down to 80% before entering the bathmate – after day 60 – we will start entering the Bathmate with a full bone!

Day 31 (Bathmate and Extender day)

  • Penis Extender, 12 hours a day – take breaks when you need to but every time you take a break do 30 seconds of Rotating Stretches.
  • Do Edging for 20 minutes – do not cum!
  • Enter the Bathmate with a 80% Erection
  • Use to Bathmate for 15 minutes

Day 32 (Manual Exercises day)

  • Warm your penis up
  • Stretch your Penis for 15 minutes following the below routine

 Downward stretches

 

  1. Pull your penis Straight down and hold for 30 seconds (I do 30 kegals and find the time goes quicker than me staring at the clock)
  2. Straight down to the left for 30 seconds
  3. Straight down to the right for 30 seconds
  4. Now do Rotating windmill stretches to restore blood

and that is It….. You’ve done your Second Month!

 

Week 61 – Day 90

Follow the above routine for the next month – but make the following adjustments –

For this month we want to increase the times and intensity –

The Stretching Routine –

  • You want to now increase your time to 20 minutes on your stretching day – aim for 30 minutes!
  • In the Advanced Routine we will add More Advanced Stretches to Your Routine and the full routine will be more like 30 minutes
  • So use this month to get your penis use to between 20 and 30 minute of stretching
  • For this month follow the above stretching Routine but increase the time

Your Jelqing Routine –

  • Increase the time to 30 minutes on your jelqing days – Your erection level should be between 70% – 80% Erect.
  • You can either do it in 2 sessions of 15 each or in one session
  • After this month we will increase the time, so make sure you do your 30 minutes
  • For the next month follow the above routine but do 30 minutes Jelqing

The Penis Extender –

  • Continue wearing the extender for 12 hours – if you want to increase it to 14 hours a day – that will be fine!
  • Continue to increase the Tension by 0.5cm every 7 days, keep the below in mind.

Important Note: If you get to a tension where you can’t wear the extender for more than 4 hours – reduce the tension by 0.5cm and keep it at that tension for another 7 days and then try and increase it again the following week by 0.5cm. See if you can keep it extended for more than 4 hours – if you can great – if you can’t move it down again – keep for another 7 days – and repeat!

The Bathmate Routine –

The Bathroom Routine is getting Exciting now – you will experience your Immediate gains lasting longer and longer.

  • Enter the Bathmate with a Full Erection
  • Pump for 15 minutes – you can do sessions of 5 minutes, Jelq between each session for a bit to get blood flowing.

I find me penis is too big for my extender now and when I enter it with a full boner, so I wear my extender during the day and then Pump in the evenings….  and just let it hang nice and fat in the evenings!

It’s up to you but it is important to extend your penis for 12 hours –

Your Days Off –

It is important in this month to keep your penis extended on your days off – Not Using a Penis Extender but using:

An Uncle Jim’s Wrap

Make sure you wrap your penis, using the Uncle Jim’s Wrap technique ,  this is a great technique to get your flaccid size to be almost as big as your erect size.

It is also a great way to keep your dick from turtling as well. (Retracting into your body)

 

This is only a gentle stretch, but it will teach your flaccid size to stay big – that Hung Look that we all want!

This has really help my flaccid length – I started with a flaccid size of 1.5″ – now I’m 5″ and increase of 3.5″ – and I feel this Uncle Jim’s wrap has a lot to do with it.

Do this on your days off – don’t leave it out!

My Final Thoughts
